Eurythmy Therapy is a movement therapy. For therapeutic aims it brings together the elements of speech, vowels and consonants in movement of the limbs, even the whole body. Eurythmy Therapy works out of the foundation of Anthroposophical Medicine. Under-lying the therapeutic movements are the same differentiated forming principles as the processes of building up and maintaining the organs and their functions. Thus can the functions of the organs through conscious guidance be activated, calmed or harmonized with each other; working against pathological processes and giving the necessary support to the weakened healthy processes.

The prize consists of a eurythmy therapy consultation with Christine Allsop who also donated the prize.

A chiropractic assessment report and three treatments - won by Ingrid Harris' family

We all suffer from stress in our lives. Little do we know how this is affecting our body. Dr Susan is a neurologically based chiropractor and has a special instrument that measures stress in the body.

The prize is donated by Susan Goslett.

A raw vegan hamper PLUS an hour of crystal reiki - won by Maren Hoertkorn

I was inspired to provide plant-based raw healing foods to everyone, to uplift, heal and sustain mother Earth and it’s people.

After meeting raw cuisine in 2009, through Leafy Greens, I knew this was the way to go. I acquired my general chef qualification through Capsicum Culinary Studio in Johannesburg in 2015. I also qualified with my raw chef qualification through Matthew Kenney Culinary in the US in 2015.

I have consequently became vegan due to an increasing dairy allergy and now feel fantastic!

Raw Wizard seeks and creates in the futuristic consciousness stream of plant-based living, of which we are ALL a part in the new dispensation.
Crystals used during Reiki Healing will help the healing and energy balancing. They will speed up the healing process. The purpose of a laying on of stones is to release etheric, emotional, mental or spiritual blocks to well-being.
